Raj De Datta
Raj brought 10 years of enterprise and entrepreneurial experience with him when he co-founded Bloomreach. Before launching the company, he was entrepreneur-in-residence at Mohr-Davidow Ventures. Prior to that, Raj served as Cisco’s director of product marketing and was on the founding team of telecom company FirstMark/LambdaNet, which grew to $80 million in run-rate revenue. Raj also worked in technology investment banking at Lazard Freres. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Eric is Vice President Category Enablement at MSC Industrial Supply where a digital evolution is a key part of the company’s growth plans. Eric leads several organizations at MSC including product information and search, both of which are currently being re-tooled to account for the changing needs of B2B customers. Eric is responsible for the Bloomreach implementation that is currently underway at MSC. Eric has a background of building business and product management organizations with prior experiences at Amazon, and Grainger. Head of Public Web at ING-DiBa
Yzelle Viljoen is lead for web integration for ING, the 3rd largest bank in Germany. Yzelle has a background in development, design and development, is well versed in agile methodologies in IT and how this relates to presenting an engaging, valuable and client-focused online presence. He is responsible for the Bloomreach implementation at ING Germany as well as managing the content delivery network and ancillary teams and resources.
Product Owner at Bosch Power Tools
Predrag is the Product Owner of the Global B2C Platform in Bosch Power Tools. He is responsible for driving further platform developments and migrating different brand websites onto the platform. The main focus of the projects are the standardization of components and infrastructure resulting in increased user experience and cost reduction.

Roger Donald is Head of Delivery Management at NHS Digital, an arms-length body of England’s Department of Health and Social Care. NHS Digital is the national provider of information, data and IT systems for commissioners, analysts and clinicians.
In his role, Roger is responsible for the NHS Digital web site http://www.digital.nhs.uk, which covers a diverse range of over four hundred products and services ranging through cyber security for the NHS to big data publications. Roger is introducing a service design led strategy which will deliver a frictionless user experience.
Roger leads a multi-disciplined team of products owners, delivery managers, content designers and software developers. Before joining the NHS Digital, Roger was Head of Transformation for NHS Choices Europe's largest health advice and information website.

Brian is veteran strategy and marketing leader who focuses on the transformation of digital customer engagement and commerce. He has held a wide range of roles across the marketplace - from practitioner to analyst to consultant to vendor - giving him a unique view on the evolving capabilities and approaches necessary for businesses to thrive as digital channels have evolved to become the primary driver for business growth. Prior to joining Bloomreach, Brian was Chief Strategy Officer at Amplience, Managing Director, Global Commerce Strategy at Accenture, Chief Strategy Officer at SAP Hybris, and led commerce technology research at Forrester Research. Brian has also held leadership positions at Amazon, Expedia, and Otto Group prior to that.

Tjeerd overlooks Bloomreach growth strategy, strategic alliances and operations in EMEA. Prior to Bloomreach, he co-founded Hippo and charted the marketing strategy for 17 years, focusing on the lead to revenue process and seeing the company continuously double in revenue year-on-year. As a thought leader in the DX space, he is frequently featured in industry publications and as speaker at industry events.

Arjé is the brains behind the Bloomreach technology stack. He has a record of building groundbreaking software in his role as co-founder and CTO of Hippo CMS, which is regularly recognized by top analyst firms for its technological excellence. He has earned his stripes in the open-source world as an elected Member of the Apache Software Foundation in 2007, after becoming an Apache Cocoon Committer in 2005. He is a sought-after speaker at conferences on web experience management and open source. He supports the growing Dutch tech scene as a mentor at Rockstart.
Chief Revenue Officer
Rob is responsible for revenue at Bloomreach, including sales and new business, account management and customer success, as well as channel and partners. His career has spanned many years in sales and sales management. His two most recent stops before Bloomreach saw him build and lead the North American Hybris organization through its explosive growth and eventual acquisition by SAP, where he continued to lead sales as the business was integrated and expanded at SAP. Rob then moved to Adobe, first leading the specialist teams within the experience business, then leading the North and Latin America Adobe Marketing Cloud sales team for strategic new business accounts.

Christina leads Bloomreach’s efforts to arm customers with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully compete in demanding markets. She is a leading thinker in e-commerce, having been a manager at Bain & Co., focused on technology, retail and strategy. Christina is an experienced computer programmer who has concentrated on site search, merchandising and payments. She helped found e-commerce teams at both Hewlett Packard and Walmart. Christina holds a bachelor’s in mathematics from Saint Mary’s College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jordan Roper the Head of Product Strategy and Growth at Bloomreach. Jordan is responsible for driving awareness around product releases and updates and growing our brX business so digital leaders can continue creating experiences customers love. Prior to joining Bloomreach, Jordan consulted mid-market B2B distributors on digital transformation, launched a commerce data integration platform, and worked at Peterson Ventures, a digital commerce focused Seed fund.

Clint leads the teams creating Bloomreach’s go-to-market strategy and vision for product positioning. He led the initiative to build out the Bloomreach site merchandising analytics product and marketing strategy and built a rapidly-growing site merchandising community. Previously, Clint worked for 4 years as an enterprise sales rep helping brands in Los Angeles grow their digital businesses. He has a record of driving successful market penetration and competitive strategy for companies and is passionate about technology and data. He holds a degree in economics from Brigham Young University and continues to be involved with non-profits using data for social good.

Stacey Trimnell-Ritchard is Head of Global Marketing at Bloomreach, focusing on developing innovative business and strategic marketing plans. With a background involving management responsibilities and leading cross-functional projects, she has worked across a variety of markets and audiences covering Europe, the US and Asia Pacific. Prior to Bloomreach, Stacey was at Fluent Commerce, SAP Hybris, Amdocs, and ATG. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Wollongong University and an MBA from the University of West London.
