Raj De Datta
Raj brought 10 years of enterprise and entrepreneurial experience with him when he co-founded BloomReach. Before launching the company, he was entrepreneur-in-residence at Mohr-Davidow Ventures. Prior to that, Raj served as Cisco’s director of product marketing and was on the founding team of telecom company FirstMark/LambdaNet, which grew to $80 million in run-rate revenue. Raj also worked in technology investment banking at Lazard Freres. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Paul Kerrison is the Head of Engineering at Travis Perkins, the UK's largest provider of building materials and home improvement products. With a network of over 600 branches and 200 tool-hire outlets, Travis Perkins supplies more than 100,000 product lines to professional tradespeople and self-builders across the UK. Since joining the company in 2001, Paul has held several positions ranging from Software Engineer to Solutions Architect to Enterprise Architect before he became the Group Head of Digital Engineering in 2018.
He built and led the Digital Products team responsible for delivering a cloud native digital engagement platform for the company. The platform served multiple applications (internal & external) and provided the foundations for the transformation of Travis Perkins into the UK's first Digital Builders' Merchant.

Chris Frost is Head of Digital Channels at The Met Office, the UK's national weather service. In this role, he is developing a user focused digital strategy for The Met Office’s consumer digital portfolio. This includes The Met Office website, the award winning Met Office weather app and natural language interfaces.
Under his supervision, The Met Office achieved significant growth of all channels as well as improvement in their user ratings across both Android and iOS app stores from an average of 3.0* to an average 4.5*. Chris heads up a multitude of disciplines including, product managers, content producers, UX designers, user researchers, web developers, iOS and Android engineers, testers and project managers to deliver world class digital experiences and ensure that the UK public has access to the latest weather and warning information from the UK’s national Met Service.
