Charlie Cole joined TUMI in 2015 as the Company’s Chief Digital Officer. In this role, Mr. Cole is responsible for overseeing and developing the brands’ national and international e-commerce and digital platforms. Since Samsonite’s acquisition of Tumi in 2016, Charlie has also taken the role of Global Chief eCommerce Officer for Samsonite Corporation – which includes oversight of global strategy for brands such as Samsonite, American Tourister, Hartmann, Gregory, High Sierra and others.
Courtney Graybill is Vice President, Digital Strategy & Innovation, Product Owner at David’s Bridal. Courtney is responsible for driving the digital experience across devices and channels through innovation, data-driven decision making, and omni-channel initiatives, where her focus has been on attracting and retaining customers, and removing friction points for the customer, both online and in-store.
Fokko van der Schans
Fokko van der Schans joined the NS International (Dutch Railway) in 2014 in the young talent program. Having experience in the Operational and Marketing departments of NS International, van der Schans is currently Product Owner Online responsible for the Content Management of the Dutch Railways in domestic markets.
Ajay leads the west coast office for Bain Capital Ventures where he focuses on early-stage software investing. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Ajay was head of sales and marketing at Trilogy where he grew annual revenues to $300 million and led Trilogy’s product expansion into new areas such as enterprise pricing and incentive management. Prior to Trilogy, Ajay was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. He has a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Raj De Datta
Raj will kick off the event by unveiling the BloomReach Digital Experience Platform vision. Raj brought 10 years of enterprise and entrepreneurial experience with him when he co-founded BloomReach. The vision that he set out 8 years ago when he started this company is now becoming a reality and he can't wait to talk about it!
Will will take the stage to introduce BloomReach Personalization. Will leads the teams creating BloomReach’s overall product vision and plotting the initiatives that ensure customers’ ongoing success. He has a record of dramatically increasing revenue at companies where he’s worked, including Clearwell Systems and Juniper Networks.
Arjé will share the latest features and functionalities in the launch of the new BloomReach Experience. Arjé is the technical brain behind Hippo CMS, now known as BloomReach Experience. He has earned his stripes in the open-source world as an elected Member of the Apache Software Foundation in 2007 and was listed as a top 5 CMS executive under 35 by CMSWire.
